Jquery Object Initialization

Description

We have a problem with Jquery Library when we register this Library in our web form more than once. After that jQuery object becomes null and we were unable to invoke any of the methods from the Jquery or related plugins depends on this Jquery.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
