offset and position in other windows

Description

As noted by friedcell (on github) the offset method has a hardcoded value to the window object and fails for other windows.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
