Textbox "change" Event doesn't fire in 1.4.1 when text is changed 1st time.

jquery-1.4.1 has some problem with events specific when we are attaching "change" event on textbox.

It doesn't execute when 1st time text is changed after it works fine when we change text 2nd time.

Fixed in 1.4.2.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
