Form reset and serialize and serializeArray

Description

After a form reset, under IE serialize and serializeArray seems not be able to retrieve the values of SELECT elements.

Did this just start with 1.4, or was it present in 1.3.2 as well? Can you put together a test case and attach it? Thanks!

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
