Problem with encoding (hebrew - windows-1255) using remote

First of all, let me thank you for a GREAT script!

Second, I'v been trying to use the remote option(ajax) and been experiencing difficulties.

It dosen't bring the Hebrew chars (i'm getting gibrish).

I put at the head of the remote page the right encoding (codepage-1255 and meta windows-1255).

I dont have this problem when using the regualer ajax method on Jquery ($.ajax)

Do you know of any solution? I'm desperate!
