Combination of blur and hover crashes IE 7

Description

I can reliably crash IE 7 when running the attached reduction and slowly mousing up and down over the 'foo's therein. Try it yourself.

This should really not be possible using jquery.

You may want to reduce this crasher further and probably also report it with microsoft (I don't have the patience to connect to them).

The Plugin used here is basically also just using jquery which is why I report it here and why it might be worthwile to reduce this further.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
