allowtransparency: allowTransparency should be added to jQuery.props for normalization. IE does not like the lowercase one.

Since this property only works in IE - and IE requires camelcase - why not just make it camelcase?

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
