$.fn.filter has different argument-list than any of the other iterator functions

Description

Specifically it is missing the second argument that contains the element in question.

This should be easily fixable as appending a new parameter does not disturb any of the existing usage of the filter function.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
