.animate() does nothing when passed an empty hash

Description
$(el).animate({}, function() { alert('done'); }); doesn't execute the callback.
Fixed: http://github.com/jquery/jquery/commit/3106039aa89410c9abae9947b2520d9c8e62f8f0
