Use access() for bind, one, live, data and removeData

The addition of access() should make relatively easy the addition of this feature request:

Added in 1.4.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
