using jquery-1.3.2.min.js

when i use $(""span"").hide() and then $(""span"").show() method everything goes ok,
but when i use $(""span"").show('slow') <span> style become wrong (display: block; ) appears in it .

(display: block;) make <span> behavior like <div>
