[tooltip] settings(current).positionTop

Hi !

I needed to put the tooltip box above the mouse pointer, I did that through (30 is approximatively the height of the pointer) :

if (settings(current).positionTop) {

top = top - helper.parent.height() - settings(current).top - 30;

}

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
