Implemented as a plugin it looks like this:

Since this already exists as a plugin, I don't see a huge need to include this in core, especially considering that you can already set multiple CSS properties using an object of properties.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
