jQuery.support.opacity for Chrome as well

Description

The Chrome browser doesn't handle well the css "opacity" property when using alpha transparency in png images. Its behavior is much like IE.

Please include the "return false" for the jQuery.support.opacity property Chrome is the current browser.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
