Description

I have added the Arabic locale translation into jQuery Validate plugin and i want to contribute to the plugin by attaching the new locale file.

Please file plugin bugs with the appropriate author on their bug tracker.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
