clone method can't clone data of elements

when data have been binded to element,then clone the element(whether parameter is true or empty),but can't find data in the element cloned just know

This one appears to have fallen through the cracks - assigned Milestone notwithstanding, this is still present in 1.3.2 and (IMHO) still Major.
