All Plugins break with 1.3.1, worked in 1.3.0 (not plugin specific)

Description

It seems something changed between 1.3.0 and 1.3.1 in which ALL our plugins do not work with the upgrade on our dev server.

We use accessible news slider, tabs, hints, and a couple others. Sorry I can't be more specific but I thought it would help if you could check if something high level changed that would cause all of them to break.

This is not a jQuery core bug. Please report plugin bugs to the plugin's author, or ask on the jQuery forums. jQuery UI bugs should be reported on the UI bug tracker,  http://dev.jqueryui.com .

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
