Problem in opacity animation

Description

if you hovering in & out couple of times in the image in my example and then stop you will see the opacity is taking value other then it should be

Dup of #3975 which has the test case.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
