Description
A ui range slider is not moveable when both handles are moved to the left. E.g. when you move both handles on the demo page ( http://ui.jquery.com/applications/demos/slider/range.html) to the left, you're stuck. That's because the handle on the top can only be moved to the left, but that's not possible. One solution would be to detect this situation and swap the z-index for the handles.
