SlideToggle flickers when div tag is collapsed

Description
I have applied a function to a div tag's click event that fires the slidetoggle() function on a different div tag (accordian type effect) The tags contents seems to flicker right before it is expanded and right after it is collapsed.

That's something that probably needs some css tuning.
I'd advice you to ask for help on jQuery's google group.
