ajaxStart and ajaxStop are broken

They need to be either fired on $(document) or globally for all events. (Globally would be preferred)

Fixed in SVN rev 127.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
