3593	Datepicker double digits in November	pldillon	flesler	The datepicker displays two November 2's in 2008.  This error only appears to effecting November.  In 2009, there are two November 1st's and in 2013 there are two 3rd.  Problem appears to be in the first two position of the first complete row of the datepicker 	bug	closed	major	1.3	unfiled	1.2.6	invalid	Datepicker
