Datepicker double digits in November

Description

The datepicker displays two November 2's in 2008. This error only appears to effecting November. In 2009, there are two November 1st's and in 2013 there are two 3rd. Problem appears to be in the first two position of the first complete row of the datepicker

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
