Description

msie returns the width of a border even though it's style is set to none. this is not taken into account when the dimensions of an object are calculated for msie.

Please reopen with a test case.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
