links and radio buttons in IE 6

Description
I am trying to finish up a project for my company that uses jQuery. Everything was going well until I recently tested the site in IE 6 and I noticed that none of the links or radio buttons on the site work. I then went to the jquery.com website and under the plugins section I noticed that none of the links work in IE 6 there either. Is there a fix for this? Please let me know.

Are you using opacity on an element containing these links ?
Do you have something online that we can see ?
Else we need some kind of demo of the problem.
