In IE6 if a div has a png background trasparency is black and links and buttons doesn't work

Description
If browser is IE 6, if a div whith PNG background is shown:
- Trasparency is black
- Buttons and links (and all can trigger the hiding of this div) doesn't work.

IE 6 doesn't support transparent PNGs.
