custom query option in trac failes

Description

When I try a custom query in trac I always get this error: 

IntegrityError: (1062, "Duplicate entry 'wichert-1-query_constrain' for key 1")

along with a hit to report it here.

This should be fixed now.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
