[validate] Validation fails in IE if form contains field named "length"

Description
A form can be submited skipping validation under IE if the form contains an input tag named "length". This works ok in Firefox.

This is not a jQuery core bug. Please report plugin bugs to the plugin's author, or ask on the jQuery forums. jQuery UI bugs should be reported on the UI bug tracker, http://dev.jqueryui.com .
