overflow not recognized on new tabs

Description

When creating a new tab, the newly created/selected tab does not stay in it's parent div.

Eh ? is this for jQuery UI Tabs ?

Please repost this to the  UI Bug Tracker.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
