you'll see a short overview for the plugin "Transform 1.1".
Above the caption you normally could click a link to the detailed page of the plugin - which is missing here for some reason.

The plugin is located at http://plugins.jquery.com/node/3278/.
The only release at http://plugins.jquery.com/node/3279/.
Maybe that's just a bad link.
