extra functions in triggered events should always contain the event object

Description

$.event.trigger currently removes custom events before calling the extra function. For consistency, the event should be left in place.

Mooted by changes to event handling in 1.3.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
