Tabs layout issue with IE

Description

I did a post on the jquery-ui google group ( http://groups.google.com/group/jquery-ui/browse_thread/thread/5c535fe3ef0dc212) and it may be better to add it here.

An empty blank line appears in the Tab generated by Theme Roller ( http://ui.jquery.com/themeroller) on IE 6-7 between the tabs header and its content.

Also a missing dot appear at the bottom left corner of the selected tab in IE.

This belongs to jQuery UI. Please repost this to the  UI Bug Tracker. Thanks.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
