Description

Safari 3.1.1 on Mac and Windows : If the link button-image is down a long page that was scrolled down, the pop layer is open in the top of the window and become invisible to user.

Same as in the other ticket:

You should email the owner of the plugin. I doubt he checks this trac. Do close this if you do, or at least let me know to my email.

Not a jQuery core bug.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
