For ui.sortable list items the scroll of individual item does not work properly in FF

Description

In FF if for any list item div under sortable items if scroll appears (horizontal scroll) then the items get dragged even on dragging the scroll. In IE however dragging the scroll item contents scrolls to the right and does not drag the item itself.

This should be filed in the UI bug tracker if still relevant.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
