[form plugin] Don't request anything when no form is selected

Description

Currently the form plugin doesn't care if a form is selected or not. When nothing is selected, nothing should happen, especially not request being made.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
