ui.datepicker.js: hideIfNoPrevNext option not working correctly

Description

There seems to be a bug with the hideIfNoPrevNext option, because when you set it to true there will still show up a ">" character for the "Next" link when it gets hidden.

This should be filed in the UI bug tracker if still relevant.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
