ui-slider: add 2-axis mode

Description

The slider must be capable of being dragged in two axes. Of course, it would also have to deal with x and y values seperately.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
