fx breaks toggle

Description

WHen i add the fx library along with drop/scale/slide the toggle event doesn't work any more. I am using jq 1.2.3 and current fx libraries.

THis should be fixed in the newest revision.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
