UI sartable and Cookies Function

Description

I was wondering if it would be possibble to insert a cookie function in the UI.Sortable like in the UI.Tabs. This would be really a great enhancement ;)

This is likely not going to implemented because the case is too specific - most people like to save the sortable position on the server, and adding the cookie method would produce a lot of overhead.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
