[resizable]Jump in resizable div when dragged in N, NW, W, SW, S directions

Description

Upon hitting the top edge of the container while dragging slowly in the N direction there's a slight jump of the S edge of the resizable div.

When dragging faster the jump is more prominent. Particularly in the NW and SW directions the jump quite apparent.
