Link for closed tickets in roadmap page doesn't work.

Description

When pressing link, closed 1.2.4 tickets (or any other link), in roadmap page it gives error:

"IntegrityError: (1062, "Duplicate entry 'kaarlo-1-query_constrain' for key 1")"

delete browser cookies for dev.jquery.com then refresh the page.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
