nested list sortables not functional

tried this demo
http://dev.jquery.com/view/trunk/ui/demos/ui.sortable.html
on firefox (win/linux), ie6, ie7, safari 3 (win), opera 9.25 (win/linux)
I found that's highly difficult to drag the "around" element (and any other element) to the first position of the "and change" tree (and any other trees)
It's also impossible to create a new tree, if you want to create a structure like
- drag us
---around

This has been fixed in the newest SVN version.
