[Resizable] minWidth/minHeight not met when dragging NE,N,NW,W,SW directions

nathantran, could you check out the last commit of resizable and check if this bug still happend?

I tested the updated files. The bug persists. You can view it here:

Note the additional jump of the resizable div when dragging the N edge down. This is duplicable in the western edge as well.
