Metadata french localization number.

I use tablesort for my web site, and I have to write my number like englisk number : 4,654,657.51. In French we have to write number like this : 4 654 657,51

Does an optionnal module exist to sort number like this :

• 19, 25, 39, 119, 850, 2983

Actually, they are sorted like this :

• 119, 19, 25, 2983, 39, 850
