Tabs plugin with cookie refering an unavailable tab throws error

Description

If a cookie exists for a certain tab (e.g. #fragment-15) and there's no such tab on the page an error occurs (tested in Firefox).

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
