`make with_plugins` broken

Description

Many of the included folders have more than the jquery.$pluginname.js file. At the end, jquery.js contains css, html and even png data.

Why not impose a folder structure to make things easier ?

The plugins have since been removed from the jQuery repo.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
