interface slideshow breaks in IE

In IE6 the image(s) either don't show up at all or if you refresh the browser they no longer load. In the example on the site the top example of the two never seems to load the images:

I'm also not sure why interface points bug reports to the jquery bug tracker. This sorta makes no sense?
Interface is, or rather was, an official plugin collection. There hasn't been much work on it for some time, because efforts are now concentrating jQuery UI. jQuery UI 1.1. will be released mid december and should be a much better replacement for Interface then 1.0 was.
