Add time selection to UI Datepicker

I would find it really useful to also be able to select a time in the Datepicker dialogue. See e.g.  http://www.dynarch.com/projects/calendar/

Ticket #2566 has been updated with a more recent version of the UI Datepicker that supports time selection.

This should be filed in the UI bug tracker if still relevant.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
