the second demo available here :  http://docs.jquery.com/Attributes/val doesn't work with firefox 2.0.0.8 osX 10.4.10 and win xp sp2 too

The third one doesn't work at all on firefox 2.0.0.8 osX 10.4.10

And for information all this page is unusable with safari

It works for me in FF 2.0.0.8 in XP and the Safari 3.0.3 in Win. Is anyone else seeing this problem? Another thing, if you could copy the source from the demo into a separate html file and try it again. It could just be a problem with the way the wiki creates the iframe.

Works for me also in current build. If you continue to have problems, reopen the ticket or report it again referencing this ticket.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
