this is the senario:

1. may page has an Iframe that permanently connects to a commet servlet (for ral time delivery of data to page)

2. when the iframe is connected to the servlet the javascript will not work and the window will not display

3. if i stop the page (ie: disconnect from the commet servlet) the flaoting window js starts working

4. the issue does not occur with firefox. It happens with both IE7 and the eclipse 3.3 browser.
